My Story

I am a middle child with Red hair, I grew up looking for attention.  I am a public speaker who loves the stage.  I thrive when I help other people reach their potential and achieve their goals. 

Started to Work...

I started to work in sales for the rigging industry when I was 19 years old.  In effort to be the best at my job I started reading self-improvement books, setting goals and signing up for motivational conferences.  I was hooked...

I have subscribed to this magazine for years, and I LOVE IT!  It is motivational and full of good stuff.

Favorite Documentary

This documentary shows us how to avoid the trap of accumulating too many things.  After watching this I emptying my home and I feel wonderful!  

Foods always in my Fridge

I always have Kale, Spinich, and Parsley to make a healthy green drink.  I also always have on hand eggs and beans.

Favorite Book

The Art of Happiness is the book that started the genre of happiness books, and it remains the cornerstone of the field of positive psychology.  It is a book I keep on my shelf with pages flagged to read over and over again.

gives you full body training.  It works everything from your core, to your shoulders, your quads, your hamstrings, and your glutes.

MY GOALS AND MISSIONS

  • Inspire people to reach their goals by using vision boards
  • Implement my Master Your Life curriculum into high schools
  • Live my life without excess things and Encourage others to put space in their lives 
  • Be Mindful,  Move and have healthy Meals  in order to be my best self everyday
  • Prove the Aristotle quote "We are what we repeatedly do"
  • Write a book.  The Five M's to Master your life
  • Teach my kids to be both grateful & ambitious
  • Help Jack.org fundraise, organize events, and open more chapters in schools to help kids secure mental wellness​
