My Story

A middle child with Red hair, I grew up with low self esteem always looking for attention.  I had amazing parents and siblings who I am close with today.  I was capable of much more than I showed through school, and I made friends by being funny.

Started to Work...

I started to work for the rigging industry when I was 19 years old.  In effort to be the best at my job I started reading self-improvement books and signing up for motivational conferences.  I was hooked...

Favorite Magazine

I have subscribed to this magazine for years, and I LOVE IT!  It is motivational and full of good stuff.

Favorite Documentary

This documentary shows us how to avoid the trap of accumulating too many things.  After watching this I emptying my home and I feel wonderful!  

Foods always in my Fridge

I always have Kale, Spinich, and Parsley to make a healthy green drink.  I also always have on hand eggs and beans.

Favorite Book

The Art of Happiness is the book that started the genre of happiness books, and it remains the cornerstone of the field of positive psychology.  It is a book I keep on my shelf with pages flagged to read over and over again.

Favourite workout move

  • Encourage others to put space in their lives and to be  able to live in the moment for true happiness
  • Exercise and eat healthy, in order to be my best self everyday
  • Prove the Aristotle quote "We are what we repeatedly do"
  • Write a book.  No one has a perfect life, we can all expect disappointment, trauma, and unexpected surprises in life.... But we all have a choice as to how we think about those experiences.  We can all choose joy!  I will write about how I have done this.
